What is your Return Policy?
At Industry Labels Co., satisfaction is our main focus. We guarantee our products to be free from defects and will replace any item found to be defective within 30 days of receipt or offer proper credit. Made-To-Stock items that are purchased in error are subject to a 20% restock fee that will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Made-To-Order or custom items are non-returnable unless Industry Labels Co. is in error. We will accept return requests within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact our Customer Service Team at (818) 778-2600 for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and return shipping instructions. Only after we have received the product and completed our inspection will the customer be credited for the product returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns that are received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer. Returned merchandise must be in re-salable condition, in its original packaging and in full case quantities only.
